Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to show up are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and preparation of treatments.
Prepaid Packages
Unused sessions from prepaid packages may be refunded upon request, minus the cost of any sessions already used at the regular, non-discounted rate.
Treatment Reactions or Dissatisfaction
Our treatments are administered by qualified professionals with your safety in mind. If you experience an issue, please contact us. While refunds are not guaranteed for completed sessions, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or future credit.
